1. Register on the City of Ottawa's Childcare Registry and Waitlist.

2. Contact the appropriate program manager by email to indicate your childcare needs and to ensure that your child is listed on the appropriate waitlist.

3. Once a space is available, the program manager will contact you by email and will provide you with instructions on how to complete your online admission offer.
